Not sure anyone is trashing the staff. However, Young *is* the team. Even if they've changed the title, he's still the guy with his fingers in everything, and that is why everything has gone wrong.
This is going to remain a moribund franchise until he is booted out of the picture entirely. Even then, I wouldn't wish the challenge of trying to fix the mess he has made on anyone.
