Hmm, speaking from just personal experiance, there is now way chocolate milk would work for me (well not as well as other things). IE, I can't eat a ton of carbs without gaining a lot of fat. That is a huge influx of carbs.
HOWEVER, I agree that choco milk would be a good idea for the "hard gainers" or people who can't put on weight to save their lives.
I like having about 40g protein Post workout, and 20grams (max) carbs. My strength is still going up, and i'm not putting on any fat, which is good for me (as it tends to pile on quickly)!
But like all things, you have to try and find what works for you, cause everyone has a different body type.
