I ate horse in France. It wouldn't trouble me to eat it again.

If you're going to eat meat, something has to get slaughtered first. I'm sure ugly creatures are just as unhappy to be slaughtered as beautiful ones. I can't see that its wrong to "nice" or "pretty" animals like horses, lambs, calves & piglets, but perfectly OK to eat cows, sheep, and "animals that had a chance to live before they died." Yah. Like hanging out in a feedlot is "living".

For $50, would you pull the wings off a beautiful butterfly? For the same $50, would you stomp on a spider? What's the difference?
