I think our tax bill arrived today addressed to the previous owner... even though we were the ones who recently shelled out >$1000 for the taxes the previous owner didn't pay between January - April.

I'm 99% sure it's the City's mix-up... even if it's not, I'll find some way to pin the blame on Bronco.

I kind of want to see the 2009 tax damage... I wonder if I should just open the mail even though it's not addressed to me? Decisions, decisions.
