No difference in safe mode, no date modifications to programs, all executables (except IE) are assigned to windows media center including the icons, I can change a few like notepad but stuff like "rstrui" needs just to execute and theres nothing on the list that would open it when you click "open with".
I think this puppy is going to cost me to have fixed, even buddy's who thought they knew it all can't figure it out. piss me off. the thing is 3 months past warranty.
