Never saw Hartnell play, but in the last 3 years of watching CHL hockey regularly, I have to agree that he's by far the most complete and promising player a year before his eligibility.
I think Windsor is lying about his weight as he's skinny as a bean pole. If the kid packs on more strength, he'll have his way with the OHL next year.
The one thing I really like about Hall right now is the sandpaper and feisteiness he's been bringing despite the fact that he's a star offensive player. If he gets significantly stronger next year, I wouldn't be surprised to see him start punishing people below the goal line on both sides of the ice.
Ovenchkin-lite is a very realistic projection if continues to improve.
