Different strokes for different folks obviously. Do not make the assumption that this particular image has no meaning to me, it may or may not. Does not really matter at the end of the day.

Just for the record this tattoo does have meaning. Obviously its not as direct as a portrait or a dead relative.

It is possible for an image to have meaning without being direct about it. Maybe Halloween has a special place for me for a particular reason, so I like the imagery. Maybe my family business is growing pumpkins, no one knows except myself.

It's ridiculous to try and figure out why someone has a particular tattoo or not. We do not know what events have happened in their life to make them choose a certain image or theme. Sure there are those that put zero thought into them, but many put a LOT of thought into them. It is impossible to know until you know that person.

This goes for anything, why does someone choose a certain car, or house, or haircut.
