This is the first time I've seen Hall play so remember this is a limited viewing, but in the part I saw he has better puck skills and hockey IQ than Rico Fata ever had. That was his biggest problem, he had no hockey sense at all, and couple that with not great hands and there you have it.
Tonight I saw Hall show some great speed, some unbelievable 1-on-1 moves (he flipped the puck to the side of the d-man, caught it, put it down and nearly scored), and made a few great passes to Mitchell.
Again, I have only seen a very small sample. He does have another year to improve on utilizing his teammates effectively before he gets drafted.
