In cases like this? F-yeah. I don't get you bleeding hearts that are so concerned about the criminals instead of the cops and citizens they nearly kill. Maybe if cops thumped a few more skulls after high speed chases and the videos got "leaked" to youtube, some of these bastages might think twice about how they want their day to end.
