Really, it is very individual. Stuff like this (or anything personal) I don't believe there is an single fix that will work for everyone. Anyone who claims otherwise is naive or trying to sell you something.

But there are a lot of good idea that have worked for a number of people and you may need to try them all. But in the end it will come down to you and recognizing where your issues are stemming from, and that can be the hardest part.

Most people struggle at different times. You're not alone. Try some of the ideas mentioned that feel right for you.
One day, without even realizing when it happened, you will recognize the stress isn't there.
