1. Cut out as much wheat, dairy, and sugar from your diet as possible.
2. Take overloads of Fish oil and Evening Primrose Oil/Borage Oil every day.
3. Try to get lots of fiber in your system (while avoiding wheat).
4. Drink lots of water
5. Continue this for minimum of 3 months before deciding that it is not working. Sometime you may even start to get a bit worse, before improving.
