One day I was exasperated from trying to troubleshoot a rebuilt of a computer. I had thought it was a power supply problem (it wasn't, but that's another story) and was fixated on that. Late at night, tired, and possibly under the influence I got into this internal debate in my mind whether the switch on the back of the PSU meant "currently in 220V" mode vs "flip to engage 220V mode". Stupid, but we all know what we're capable of when we're tired and trying to troubleshoot. We'll try anything...
1st time in 15 years of building systems I've seen sparks. I see Corsair's don't have that little switch anymore....
