I have been trying a new batting technique. I saw somewhere that its best to stay loose and moving. It seems to be working, I just rock back and forth.

You could try the Happy Gilmore swing. Sounds funny, but I'm serious. Start well back in the batters box and take two to three steps then hit. You have a 7 foot long batters box to play with.
I stand with both my feet together. When I start my swing it all starts with moving my left leg first; taking a big step. I leave the right foot planted though. Then rotate (turn on the ball) the torso. Finally use the arms, and extend fully.
What I see with you is no lower body effort in your swing. (Yes I am looking that hard at his ass) You are all arms.
Sunday I think I have to go to Calaway Park. If someone wants to go on every ride with my 4.5 year old, then I will come out to practice.
