Moderators, how about a poll?

I would rather:

a) be kicked in the head with a cop's boot.
b) be hit by a swerving car driven down the wrong side of the road at approximately 80km/hour by a out of control young (probably cronic re-) offender.

I think by now this officer knows he shouldn't have kicked this kid, and not because it was posted on You-Tube. Of course he should be sanctioned, but why is what the police do more shocking and offensive than what criminals do?
