Look, I agree with you about this incident. BUT...you have to understand that leading cops on a high speed chase in which you nearly run over a pedestrian, then bail out and run on foot IS resisting arrest.
He shouldn't have got kicked in the face, but there is ZERO innocence on his part. None. The guy he almost ran over should've got to kick him in the face.
