FFR's Fantastic Fellas would like to select the next pick in the Primetime category, Shane West.

Shane West was on ER, which has just had it's finale. So I'm not sure if it qualifies for Prime Time still or not, as it just finished. However, if he does not qualify, I will select him in the "Below the Border Category.
