Agreed on STV. It's a blow to the PR movement when they keep trying to prop this idea. Other countries have tried it and done away with it because it's bureaucratic mess and Joe Sixpack is usually too ######ed to mark the ballot properly. I think most people like the idea of PR but there needs to be a feasible idea that works for the more politically-minded as well as the casual voter.
