Like I said, it was only one criteria for the final task. The only reason it's been brought up is because the difference was such an outstanding amount that you'd have to mention it as an argument for Annie Duke. The other criteria that I believed was clearly won by Annie Duke was the "Celebrity Appearance" one. All Joan had was Kathy Griffin - Who is a self-proclaimed, D-Lister and a handful of impersonators. At least Duke had Bernard Hopkins and the legendary, Joe Frazier along with poker pros. The rest of the criteria were really subject to opinion... "Fun-ness"? Decor? Branding? That all depends on who you speak with.
I still agree that the fix was in. I was on the Celebrity Apprentice forums on nbc.com and a bunch of people had mentioned that Joan Rivers' charity is strongly affiliated with the Trump family. Is that a big factor on the outcome? - Probably, but I think viewers knew that Rivers was going to win when Trump would dance around some of the horrible comments that she would make towards Annie Duke and Brande Roderick.
EDIT - This link shows Blaine Trump (The wife of Donald's brother, Robert) with Joan Rivers in a photo on page 13 of the pdf. Blaine is apparently on the Board Of Directors for God's Love We Deliver.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for charity and giving back to the community, so I have no ill feeling towards God's Love or the charitable work done by Donald or Joan Rivers. I just found that the fix to allow Joan Rivers to win was a horrible way to finish the show.
