I had a the bigger version I think it was the view up until a couple of months ago when I bought an Ipod touch
In terms of product, they're really easy to load music to, I just dumped mp3's straight from my harddrives. They're durable as well, I beat the crap out of mind and couldn't hurt it, the battery life didn't decline over the three years that I had it.
The only issue I had was that it was prone to major crashes on corrupted music files. It would just lock up and you'd have to reboot the whole thing.
I also bought my sister a Sansa for Christmas and she loves it.
