This can run Windows in a VM with Direct X 9 acceleration. Not sure how it performs though.

Otherwise, you want to look into Bootcamp: http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bootcamp.html

Basically dual boots your computer with OS X on one partition, Windows on the other.
