Oh, I've been watching the condo market closely (trying to buy in -- thanks oil bubble people....
).
A lot of the condos are sitting unsold on the market for months without any bites. The supply greatly exceeds the demand, and yet more condos are being built in bizarre places like Bridlewood.
Seriously, who wants to live in a wooden condo building on the southern border of Calgary? I like this city, but it stops being Calgary after Fish Creek Park...
