I think the only thing working against the Millennials is life-experience. Everyone is a ######bag when they're a teenager. If you're a teenager right now, I hate to tell you, but you're a douchbag - don't worry, you'll grow out of it.

Give these kids a few years, some life-experience and they will be just like the rest of us jaded, over-worked, back-aching oldsters.
