So what's the case with an animal that has 'murdered' other animals? Are they free to be experimented on? Assuming of course that they were tried in a competent court and judged to be guilty by a jury of their peers. I've heard that it's particularly difficult to convince the rhinoceros of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt with even the strongest case.
