Some reviews of apps I've bought:
Wolfenstein 3D Classic ($1.99) - Just went on sale. A definite buy at this price. Graphics/gameplay pretty much identical to old PC game. Controls seem to work reasonably well. Who doesn't like shooting Nazis?

Flight Control ($0.99) - Just bought this yesterday. Simple idea but very well executed. Makes very good use of touch controls. Seems like it is going to be very addictive. Would definitely recommend it at this price.

Fastlane Street Racing ($3.99) - Decent graphics, quite a few tracks. Cars handle reasonably well using the tilt sensors in the phone. It can sometimes be difficult to tell where the track is. A much better game than Cro-Mag Rally in my opinion.

Real Soccer 2009 ($5.99) - A much better soccer game than I would have expected for this platform. Controls are a little awkward, especially the dribbling/running (if your finger moves slightly off the control pad area the player stops dead in his tracks and it doesn't seem to register my double-clicks to sprint). Good depth in the gameplay with many teams/leagues represented.

ProCamera ($2.99) - Basically just a motion sensitive camera so the picture isn't taken until the phone is steady. I think I bought it on sale for $0.99. It does help prevent blurry pictures, but it can be difficult getting the phone steady enough to actually shoot and the pictures seem to take a long time to save.

AppSniper ($0.99) - A price watcher for the App Store. Will be a lot more useful once it can use push updates. Right now you have to open the app to check if anything you are watching is on sale. For $0.99 if you can find one app on sale that you otherwise would have missed it's worth it.

Wurdle ($1.99) - One of many word find type games in the App Store. It's decent, but there are likely other options out there including some free games.

Cro-Mag Rally ($0.99) - One of the first racing games for the iPhone. Controls seem a little off to me. Don't play this one very often.

Age of Curling ($3.99) - Being a curler I had to buy this one. The graphics are pretty good and the controls work well. The game is really let down by very poor physics which make the rocks behave in ways that are quite simply impossible in the real world. It would be nice to have some tracking of stats (wins/losses) and possibly more game modes (currently only single games).

Golf Card ($6.99) - Haven't had a chance to put this to use yet because it keeps snowing
