Alrighty folks, Tiger is pretty awesome. I only played the front 9 of pebble beach, but I'm already happy with my purchase. 7 courses should keep it pretty meaty, and the load times are almost nonexistant (I figured that would be a big problem). The graphics aren't jaw dropping, but you have to remember it's a freaking phone.
No online which is a bit of a tough one, but i'm not sure I'd use that anyway. A little touchy when moving the target around, but it got better as I played through more. They need to do an update to fix some of the audio ... a chip out of the rough sounds like a drive.
Considering this is a $10 game for your phone, I'm very impressed. Go get it.
