Oh yeah, I know that. I also take multivitamins myself to round out what I don't get naturally. I also know you'd have to take a ton (a ton) of multivitamins to actually be anywhere near a dose that may be harmful. I know mine say I could take up to 8 a day and I only take 2 anyway.
I'm just saying a lot of people miss it both ways. Both in diet and in supplements.
I was just also commenting on the comments about overdosing on vitamins.
