one other thing, variable season length in Dynasty mode. I like to play most of the games, but 82 seems like too much, and I just end up simming a bunch of them. So it would be a good option to have.
Another thing with dynasty is RFA status. I know the 2K9 series has offer sheets, and while it isn't a big deal it wold be a cool thing to see.
