Well once i get it to boot it works fine. I played NHL 04 for about a hour and it was perfect. But when i restart the computer wont do anything. I see that the Motherboard is getting power because a light is showing up. I change the little red switch to 250 on my PS and it works only after a couple of start ups.

It sort of kick starts then dies.

maybe it is something else but I think its the PS.
Um, that switch you moved to 250 shouldn't be at 250. The voltage coming out of the wall into the power supply is at 115, not 250.

It could be your Power Supply, CPU, motherboard, or Ram. Best bet is to take it into memoryexpress, or another place if it's still under warranty, and ask them to find the problem. They'll take the unnecessary stuff out, and then replace each component one by one with a known working one until the culprit is found. This usually takes 1 hour of service time (around $50). It's better than guessing which part is bad and replacing them yourself, only to find out the one replaced wasn't bad.

Now where is that nerd smiley?
