How to switch sleeping positions?
Basically, I have had lower back pain issues (MVA) for the last 5 or so years and I'm pretty sure sleeping on my stomach is making it worse (or at least not helping).
I guess what I'm looking for are some tips or tricks on how to force myself to learn to sleep on my side. I've tried laying there on my side and just can't stand it, I always give up and switch back to the oh-so-comfortable stomach.
