I didn't realize there was a law against shooting wild horses. Obviously you can not shoot from a vehicle or within 100 meters of a road (I could have the distance mistaken). Do theses horses in this area have a special status? Or is it illegal to discharge firearms in this area? I am not condoning the actions of the people involved. Just curious as what the actual charges would be?
Just have to make it over the fenceline.
