The ones in the middle are fully upgraded, so the four slots in there get a 100% boost. The way I won that scenario was to build two squirt towers and two splash towers (the missile ones) in the middle, then use basic towers to herd everything into the left entrance and have them go all the way to the right. If you put some slow towers just before the middle part, and keep upgrading the middle towers it's easy. A level 6 squirt tower in the middle does something like 900 damage and shoots really fast, and the upgraded splash towers do like 400 damage or something.
