Sound silly and crazy? I did this on a bet with a buddy and got 3 calls out of 7 cards (one call was 15 minutes later) and I dated 2 of the girls.

I'm guessing this approach has a lot more to do with what happens to be on the front of the card. Something like "surgeon" would probably help.
