Yeah usually that is a total rebuild.

But that is what is strange about the message she is getting. Windows Explorer is the interface - the thing that displays the windows. That is a software issue and a rebuild should have fixed that.

When you do get into the OS next time, you should go into the Event Viewer and see what messages are logged.

I'm guessing an updated driver is triggering this issue (but I am still surprised the rebuild didn't fix it).
