Windows XP Windows Explorer Problem
Again, apologize for my ignorance but... my wife's laptop (IBM Thinkpad) running XP... when she turns the computer on (cold or re-boot), she gets the "windows explorer needs to close message", sometimes over & over, sometimes stops after 2 or 3 prompts to send error report. Sometimes, the machine just freezes. The tech @ IBM told her to use a rescue disk and re-install factory software - didn't do much good. I tried using a free registry cleaner - that doesn't seem to have helped much either.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. If I haven't provided enough info, please let me know.
