I would read the factum, but unfortunately I'm only 5 pages into a 30 page paper and I've got a couple finals coming up, so my priorities are currently elsewhere.
It's certainly not the slam dunk case that it's portrayed to be though, I wouldn't be surprised at all if she's not guilty of everything she's being accused of. That said, she's certainly not innocent either.
