I have both the chequing and savings accounts with them.

I primarily use my local credit union for most of my banking, I don't use the debit card enough to warrant any fees there, plus I like the ability to walk into a bank when I need to.

However before I switched (well added) I used PC without any problems. I'm on my 3rd (I think) PC Mastercard (by third, it expired twice) so I've been using it for some time now. No problems with that at all. Once I had a charge from a Quebec based cable company appear on my statement. I called them up to ask about it, long story short (a few hoops to pass through, file a report, nothing major) I got the money credited back. It was really hassle free, they sent a form, I read/filled in the blanks/singed the form, sent it back, then they credited me my money back.
