I don't understand why they didn't send one of their first round picks to Arizona for Boldin and then used the second first round pick to draft a tackle. It's going to be real nice for Donovan to have more time to throw to WRs that can't catch the ball. Nice move, Reid.
I disagree. Taking a tackle in the draft and relying on him to start is very risky business. Keep in mind Donovan has had the same OT's his entire career. He is the Eagles biggest offensive threat, and it was a great job by the Eagles front office to ensure he's protected for this coming season and the distant future. Getting possibly the best left tackle in the game cannot be overstated. HUGE move.

I do agree the WR situation needs to be remedied. Will it? Likely not, but surely they will make a selection in 1 of the first 3 rounds I would think. Who knows...maybe a WR steps up similar to DJac like last year? I feel a lot more comfortable hoping for a long shot WR draft pick to make an impact than banking on a LT in the draft when 3 or 4 are taken ahead of him.

The Eagles D will be awesome once again, and if the offensive line produces like it should on paper.....this is a scary team. Likely a RB first round that will share the carries and take a load of Westy, and after that I fully expect WR to be the focus. Cross your fingers I guess.
