Ya I just don't fully buy it.

No idea whales raped, how did they prove it was rape? Was it based purely on lust or was there some other reason? Penguins cheat? Ok. Lions/snakes/many other species cannibalize there young or the young of others to reduce competition.

Really, at the end of the day, humans do FAR worse things to each other than animals for FAR lesser reasons.

The chimp examples aren't the greatest either seeing as they are the one animal that is our closest relative. No huge surprise to see we share some similar aggresive tendencies.
