We Are the Same is the weakest album the Tragically Hip have ever released. Really, nothing else in their back catalog comes close.
Queen Of The Furrows is the only song that pricked up my ears so far. Speed River too.

I somewhat agree with the review. Most of the songs aren't as bad as they make them out to be, but Bob Rock's production is totally overbearing. In any case I do give the Hip points for attempting a record that is somewhat different to their usual.
