What time do you go to bed? You need at least two hours for your stomach to fully digest, not to mention you need ideally 6-8 hours per night of sleep for your body to accept a healthy diet plan.
You're going to have to bring small meals to work, and make sure they're just enough to get you not hungry. That means a breakfast, a morning lunch, a lunch, an afternoon lunch, and afternoon snack, a dinner, and maybe a post-workout protein shake.
You should be eating small meals every 2-3 hours, and only to the point where you're satisfied and not hungry, not to the point where you're full.
I stress that because gorging on three meals a day is not the best way for your body to survive. 6-8 small meals a day is ideal for an active guy looking to lose weight.
It's quite the lifestyle adjustment, but after a week or two it gets to be second nature. And don't forget to do about a half hour of cardio a day, either walking, running, biking, climbing or something similar. Something that works the mid-section a bit (but not too much), and a consistent sweat is ideal. Combine this with a good diet and you'll have the d'Angelo hip lines in no time - guaranteed.
