Hit the gym today for the first time in forever. First thing I did was hit the scale to check out the bad news. Turns out I'm down about 16lbs from Christmas, so a slim, trim 237. Sure getting hit with the flu helped out with things, but I prefer to think it's me watching what i eat and trying to take care of myself.
So help me CP, looking for some diet/ dinner ideas as well as some good stuff to try at the gym. I'm not looking to get huge, merely skinny myself out so I look sexy in my shorts this summer.
