				If you don't mind the taste of stale then you're alright. However, my cousin-in-law who works at Hostess gave me a couple of huge collector tins that were still full of Doritos. He mentioned that I would be better off just throwing the chips out. I did, but I was curious and opened the chips first. Darn near passed out from the smell. Whoooooowheeeee! When I worked for Frito-Lay, we always used to keep the "expired" chips... haha, they expire every Tuesday, and Wednesday would be chip bonanza. I would not eat really old ones though...
 
I don't use expired stuff like dressings, sauces, etc. No way. Bleh.
