I think the league should look at a rule where bought out playes after say the 1st of March can only sign one year deals at the end of the year and than go back into the Free agency pool in the summer. A guy like Yelle who's still kind of useful goes for pretty much nothing. In the summer he likely gets a more lucrative deal when more teams would be looking at having cap space to add players.
