We got our blue bins a couple of weeks ago. We live in Lakeview and I think we were one of the first communities to get them. The city is slowly doing a roll out (I think husband's parents who live in Bonavista will be getting theirs in the next couple of weeks...)
You just put it where you put your garbage (in my case in the back alley)
