I am a white Christian male in my late 20's. I have recently been laid off for spring breakup in the oilpatch for 5-6 weeks. I was planning on going to Winnipeg ASAP to visit my daughter and family, and also help with the flood preperations. I live in Brooks, but can meet yoou at the TransCanada highway.
