Maybe if their GM stopped allegedly oogling babysitters and instead look at the accounting the Riders would stop violating the cap EVERY SINGLE YEAR.

I'm giving Tillman the benefit of the doubt on this until proven guilty in court. The stigma to that charge is so severe that he may never recover, even if proven innocent.
