The IR doesn't count against the cap everyone, but you obviously, knows that. Riders still spent $120,000 more than the rest of the league.
I watched Cohon's entire interview with Bob Mcowen (sp?) today. He did say that in his opinion the Riders going over the cap wasn't purely an injury related issue, then the very next sentence said the quote I posted above.
Your inferiority complex just makes me love this city that much more. It must really get to you that there are more Rider fans in Calgary than Stamps fans.
