Since both of you obviously aren't smart enough to even read anything you posted or at least pretend to know anything about the CFL I'll point out what someone else should have a long time ago.

The Cap Management System is flawed and needs to be reworked. Not only does it not properly allow for injury replacement players but it allows teams to go over LEGALLY. You may freely exceed the cap. There are no rules stating that exceeding the cap is against the rules, only that a luxury tax will be applied, just like MLB.
