Ceci wants to make it so that the City of Calgary uses it's own tap water instead of buying bottled water. He makes some compelling points too. Why shouldn't the governing body of Calgary take pride in it's own water system and promote it's use?
This might be a bit beyond some people, but the scope of what he wants to do is limited strickly to the City of Calgary, it's employees and facilities.
The City has no ability to prevent the sale of bottled water in stores so to those of you who seem to be freaking out over this... try re-reading the article and thinking beyond the headline.
