In order, your Jays MVP, Pitcher of the Year, ROY, & Surprise of 2009. These are mine:

MVP - Rios
POY - Doc
ROY - Snider
Surprise of 09 - Aaron Hill back to his previous glory

BTW I would have said Halladay for MVP as well as POY but I have a feeling he is gone by the trade deadline.
